About

Hi, I’m Mandy—a lifelong learner and natural problem solver, and a proud mom of two young children. Since college, my path has taken me through a wide range of experiences, each chapter driven by curiosity and a desire to grow. I helped build the New York Police Academy as a construction manager at Turner, learned how web apps work through a web development bootcamp at Flatiron School, earned my MBA at Columbia Business School, and spent some time in redevelopment and asset management at AvalonBay. Today, I work in Customer Success at Juniper Square, where I help clients succeed by combining strategic thinking with strong operational execution. I believe in working smarter, staying curious, and always asking better questions.

What I Do

I’m currently focused on roles and projects that blend customer experience, strategy, and systems thinking. Whether it’s optimizing tools like Salesforce for better team workflows, launching new initiatives from scratch, or building scalable processes that support both people and business goals—I thrive in environments where I can connect the dots and drive meaningful impact.

I love bridging the gap between data and human experience. I’ve worked closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to bring clarity, structure, and heart to the way companies serve their customers.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I have a long (and growing) list of personal goals and to-dos that I do my best to balance. I believe life is a marathon meant to be enjoyed in the present—not a destination I’m racing toward just to finally feel fulfilled.

I love to read—mostly self-improvement books, though I’ve recently been drawn to Asian American authors and their stories. I treasure time with my family (especially while my little ones still want to hang out with me!) and I’m currently a little obsessed with AI. With tools like vibe coding, I’m hopeful I can finally bring some long-standing ideas to life.

I’m also learning to cook, studying Chinese, and working on showing up for myself more consistently—physically, mentally, and creatively.

I believe in creating things that are useful, kind, and true.

What Drives Me

  • A deep respect for people’s time and attention
  • The belief that small details make a big difference
  • An unwavering commitment to learning, iterating, and growing
  • Finding joy in both spreadsheets and storytelling

A Bit More Personally

I’m someone who believes everything happens for a reason—but also that it’s up to us to make it meaningful. I’m a big fan of automation, building passive income, and using technology to create freedom—not just busyness. Most importantly, I’m raising two thoughtful little girls who inspire me every day to live with intention, curiosity, and kindness.

Let’s Connect

If you’re working on something exciting, human-centered, or just plain useful, I’d love to hear about it. Let’s make good things happen—efficiently and with heart.
